Campus Cuautitlán has a total land area of more than 91,000 m² and two existing buildings with a rentable area of approximately 50,000 m². A new space of 5,836 m² is currently being developed.

The Cuautitlan Campus Industrial Park is located in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing industrial development zones in the central region of the country. With direct access to the Mexico - Queretaro highway (Aut. 57), it allows connectivity to the main communication routes and has a good connection to the Felipe Angeles International Airport (AIFA) and the Toluca International Airport, which makes this location an ideal option for companies from various sectors.
